ADIT means to start from the beginning in Hindi and Sanskrit. It also means the point of entry (प्रवेश मार्ग)
The meaning in English and Latin too translates to ‘a horizontal passage from the surface leading into the depth of mines’.
And, that’s what this project is about – to begin from the surface and explore the depth of the potential, together with the coachee/ mentee

What is Project Adit? Who is it for?
It’s a project that I initiated to coach and mentor new entrepreneurs and social workers.
It’s for social workers with NGO’s working in permanent positions and even volunteers who are ambitious to continue in the field.
It’s for new entrepreneurs who have an excellent thought process and the right mindset to building something meaningful for society.
Why them?
They are young with an ambition to do something but they may not always have received the relevant guidance and coaching.
So it was just right for me to see if I could help them explore and exploit their own potential and do even better!!!
Why do this?
Put in use my three decades of experience to make a meaningful difference.
Time for me to give a little back to society.
For this purpose, I have decided to keep aside a percentage of my coaching time for this project. I would like to reach 1000 hours and minimum 100 people and make an impact in some way!
What is the qualifying criteria?
Entereprenuers
If you are in,
– Initiation or Building Phase
– <1 year of launch of product/ service: Stabilization Phase
– <1 year of launch of product/ service: Growth Phase
Social workers
If you are,
– working full time with an NGO
– working at least 30 hours a week with an NGO
How about the coaching fee?
If you meet the qualifiers above, you get two pro bono (free) and three ‘pay as you please* ‘ sessions.
If you do not meet the criteria OR you are an established entrepreneur or a volunteer at an NGO, you may still book one pro bono session followed by paid session(s).
